Leadership
Dice Advisory Group is led by Pru Dice, Founder and Principal Advisor.
Pru brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in complex, high-risk organizational environments. His background includes senior command and administrative roles overseeing personnel matters, internal affairs, investigations, and organizational operations, with extensive experience advising executives, governing bodies, and community stakeholders.
His work is informed by graduate-level education in business and public administration, executive leadership training, and practical experience navigating organizational risk, leadership accountability, and workforce dynamics. He is known for discretion, fairness, and the ability to surface difficult issues in a calm, constructive manner. Engagements are led personally by the Principal Advisor, with support from senior advisors when appropriate.
