Meet Pru Dice
Pru Dice is a senior public safety executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in law enforcement, personnel management, organizational operations, and executive administration.
Throughout his career, he has served in command and administrative leadership roles with responsibility for criminal investigations, internal affairs, policy development, accreditation, personnel management, promotional processes, and organizational oversight.
His experience includes developing promotional examinations, designing assessment center exercises, facilitating oral board processes, and administering promotional systems used to identify and develop future leaders. He has also advised executive leaders on complex organizational and personnel-related matters.
Pru holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Business Administration. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and has completed executive leadership training through the Southern Police Institute and other nationally recognized leadership development programs.
